Consultations at Neerim South Medical Centre are by appointment. You can book an appointment online using HotDoc (see below) or by calling the practice on 03 5628 1302. 

Consultations are available between 8:30am and 6:00pm weekdays and 9:00am and 12:30pm on Saturdays.

If you have an urgent medical problem please let our reception staff know.  We will do our best to see you as soon as possible.

Standard in person consultations are 15 minutes, however we recommend you make a long consultation of 30 minutes via contacting reception if you:

  • require a full check up or wish to discuss several issues during the one appointment;

  • wish to have a care plan created;

  • have a sports injury or a musculoskeletal problem; or

  • wish to discuss women’s health issues such as having a cervical screening test.

Our doctors aim to run on time and your punctual attendance will assist this. At times however, we may be running behind schedule and our reception staff will endeavour to advise you of this prior to your appointment.  Feel free to ring us 30 minutes before to your appointment to see if your doctor is running on time.

Please note Telehealth phone consultations cannot be booked online and must be booked via reception.
